This 981 Cayman S was delivered new through Porsche of Hickory, NC, and has remained with its one and only owner here in the Charlotte area since new. We have the original sales invoice, window sticker, and all accompanying sales literature. The car has been documented since new and comes with an impressive folder of service records spanning the years.

Service was always performed on time or ahead of schedule by Porsche of Hickory, GMP Performance, and, most recently, Sonderwerks Porsche Specialists, where a comprehensive 60,000 mile preventive service was performed in preparation for the sale.

• August 2026 @ Sonderwerks, Cornelius, NC: 60K-type service estimate including oil/filter, engine and cabin air filters, serpentine drive belt/tensioner, and throttle-body cleaning. 
• June 2024 @ Porsche Hickory, Hickory, NC (51,926 miles): Comprehensive 8-year service, including oil/filter, brake fluid, air/cabin filters, drive-belt service/inspection, and extensive multipoint inspection. 
• November 2023 @ Discount Tire, Mooresville, NC (50,507 miles): Four new Michelin Pilot Sport All Season 4 tires installed.
• July 2023 @ GMP Performance, Mooresville, NC (49,639 miles): Multi-point inspection and alignment.
• November 2019 @ Sonderwerks, Cornelius, NC: Oil and filter service plus coolant-system flush/bleed.

Two keys, the tool kit, a complete set of original manuals, and owner documentation accompany the sale.

The exterior remains in great condition, with some light wear commensurate with its age and mileage. The upper edges of the headlights have some crazing, common among 981 variants. The front bumper cover, leading edges of the hood and fenders, mirrors, and headlights have been wrapped in paint protection film.

Inside, the interior is flawless. You would be hard pressed to find a more like new 60,000 mile 981 interior, especially in a full leather car. The headliner is perfect.

One accident occurred In 2018. The repairs were minor in nature and consisted of replacing the front bumper cover, grilles, a fog light, along with the associated refinishing. All repairs are documented in the vehicle's file, with a total RO of $4,386.99.
