Consignment
Consignment at Change Driven
A straightforward, fully managed way to sell your car—built around enthusiast-owned vehicles and a more personal approach.
We handle everything from start to finish while helping you get the most out of your car.
A Better Way to Sell
Selling privately can be time-consuming and unpredictable—messages, no-shows, and drawn-out negotiations.
Selling directly to a dealer is simple, but often leaves money on the table. Consignment offers a balanced approach.
What sets us apart is flexibility. Some cars perform best on public auction platforms—we know how to run those well. Others are better suited for a quieter, more targeted sale.
We maintain an active network of buyers looking for special interest cars, and in many cases, we’re able to place a vehicle before it ever goes publicly to market.

Our Process
Intake: The Devil is REALLY in the details!!
1) Inspect car
At this point, we’re looking for paint imperfections, dings, aged window tint, or Paint-Protection-Film, curb impressions on wheels, holograms, or swirls in the paintwork. Moving inside, does that outer seat bolster show wear that’s going to catch the buyer's eye? We’ve got you covered.
This is what we can consider that last 5-10% in a car’s value and oftentimes sellers are leaving that on the table. In most situations, like the ones listed above, these services are performed on site and are covered in our fee at no additional charge to you. Outstanding service? We have a service bay at our facility that can get the vehicle up to par prior to market offering.
2) Detail
Each vehicle receives a comprehensive detail. Paint surfaces are decontaminated, followed by a foam bath, hand wash, and extensive interior detail prior to being photographed for the listing.
3) Photography
Each of our offerings receive a professional, cohesive photo set that appeals to viewers out of town and shows them exactly what they’re looking for prior to reaching out to us with questions. We use a combination of interior and exterior photos to display vehicles in several lighting scenarios.
4) List
All service records are scanned and organized, and a curated ad Whether through a traditional listing that’s featured on our site and syndicated across platforms like Classic.com, Autotrader, and Elferspot—or a curated auction on Bring a Trailer or Cars & Bids, we position your car to reach the right audience and maximize exposure.
5) Transaction
We handle all communication for inbound leads, questions, details, technical information. We facilitate payment, sale contracts, and title work. Ideally, our next question after dropoff will be where to wire the funds. Title is kept in your possession until the vehicle is sold.
