About Change Driven

Founded by Brian Donahue in 2019, Change Driven began as a passion project rooted in a lifelong appreciation for Porsche. Since then, we've grown into an independent dealership serving collectors and buyers in Charlotte and around the world, with approximately 1,000 vehicles sold to date. Today, our team includes a full-time Operations Manager and two part-time technicians, supporting our continued growth and hands-on approach.

Located just 1.5 miles from downtown Charlotte, our newly renovated 5,500-square-foot facility provides a dedicated home for our inventory and day-to-day operations. Porsche remains at the heart of what we do, but our experience extends across a wide range of specialty, collector, and performance vehicles. Regardless of make or model, we focus on quality, history, and the details that make each car special.

Our business is built on understanding the cars we represent, the market they occupy, and the people who appreciate them. Whether sourcing a specific Porsche, helping a client find their next vehicle, or managing a consignment, we take a hands-on approach informed by years of experience in the automotive market.

We've built a nationwide network of collectors, buyers, and industry connections, allowing us to connect the right vehicles with the right people. For those looking to fly in, buy, and drive home, we offer airport concierge assistance and 60-day temporary tags to help make the process straightforward.

For buyers who prefer to have their vehicle delivered, we coordinate nationwide transportation, including enclosed shipping, through our established transport network. We're able to offer competitive transport rates, helping make delivery convenient and cost-effective whether your vehicle is headed across town or across the country.
