Finished in classic Porsche A1 Black over Sand Beige with optional 18" Boxster S wheels wrapped in newer Michelins, this is a driver’s car in every sense. It’s been enjoyed, it shows some miles (118k), and yes, there are two accidents on the Carfax. The first event, the front bumper cover was damaged in a car wash. Second, the car hit a deer. Both professionally repaired. But it’s also mechanically sound, cosmetically sharp thanks to a recent paint correction, and genuinely fun to drive. We’ve logged plenty of seat time in it ourselves and wouldn’t hesitate to keep putting miles on it.

Under the rear deck sits the brilliant 2.9L 9A1 flat-six—free from IMS bearing concerns and known for its rev-happy, naturally aspirated character. Paired with Porsche’s lightning-fast 7-speed PDK dual-clutch gearbox, it’s a perfect weekend backroad car or daily sports car that anyone in the household can enjoy (yes, even your wife).

Not a collector car. Not a concours queen.
But if you’re after an honest, well-sorted, really well optioned turn-key 987.2 that won’t break the bank—this is your opportunity.

?This is for everyone who has reached out on the car in the last couple of weeks. Thank you for your interest! I'm back in town, the  car is still up for grabs. I've edited the description to include answers to the common questions I've been getting privately. We've replaced the existing 18" wheels for a set of 987.2 Boxster 17" take-offs. And price dropped the car $2k in light of this. My girlfriend likes the 17s better. Go figure! Please see the updated photo gallery above with the wheels currently mounted on the car, which it will be sold with. We absolutely adore this car and enjoyed logging a couple beach trips in the car. It's a perfect car to be used as it was intended to be used. You'll note some interior wear from use. A chip here, a scratch there. Likewise with the exterior. Candidly, it shows very well. The repairs were done properly. You'll note the driver's side headlight assembly was replaced with a new OEM unit, so the passenger side lens isn't quite as clear. No documentation of a PDK service. I'd recommended brake pads within the next year or two. In all, it's a car you can park, turn around and be proud of it. Yet a car you're not selective on where you park it. No leaks, No engine lights, ice cold AC, Bluetooth, Bose speakers sound great, runs and shifts excellent , 2 keys, a window sticker, all the factory books and manuals. For $17k I can't think of a better value.
